A charging trolley specially developed for the precise and safe transportation of batches in curing ovens. With its compact design, maneuverability and sophisticated features, it is the ideal solution for work areas with limited space.

Its shortened chassis with adapted wheel arms effortlessly masters low underride heights, narrow drive-in widths and limited drive-in depths.
Cantilevered forks move batches of different sizes efficiently and safely into position.

Unique solutions for special requirements

• Compact design: A low, short and narrow chassis guarantees maneuverability in confined spaces.
• Driving speed reduction: The standard driving speed of the vehicle is max. 6.0 km/h. A toggle switch can be used to flexibly reduce the speed to a minimum of 0.5 km/h (hare/tortoise mode). This enables precise and safe maneuvering in confined spaces, especially in areas in front of a curing oven.
• Ergonomic additional operation. Side-mounted operating elements enable convenient and safe handling of all machine functions. The additional pulse-controlled slider allows the load to be lowered gently and with millimetre precision, ensuring precise, safe and material-friendly work
• Optimal lighting: Two LED work lights ensure ideal illumination for precise entry into the hardening furnace.
