For e-bikes, pedelecs, cargo bikes and finally e-load bikes, new mounting solutions are needed. Because this new generation of bikes is not only bulkier, but above all heavier than bikes without electric drive and transport boxes.
A minimum of 20 kg up to 70 kg has to be lifted, lowered and turned during new assembly, repairs and maintenance work. In addition, different bike models have different requirements for the clamping device.

Mounting tires
- The wheel is put on and the support wheel is adjusted so that it runs on the rim from below
- The mechanism is adjusted so that the tire casing is pressed into the rim by turning the wheel
- Simply turning the wheel pulls the tire onto the rim
Disassemble the tire
- The tire lever is placed between the casing and the rim
- The tire lever is fixed with the attached adapter
- Simply turn the wheel to release the tire from the rim
