Our project planning draws on decades of experience in the construction and conversion of industrial trucks. And yet we think through every project anew to meet customer requirements to the maximum.

Can you build this for us?

Are you looking for a robust standard all-rounder, the innovative special solution or would you like to modernize or convert your Genkinger industrial trucks? - Describe us your challenges in production logistics, warehouse logistics or textile technology.

If possible, our field service will get a picture of the conditions on site and advise you which solutions Genkinger already has ready and can still develop for you.

Good to know: 100 years Genkinger - in it are passion for industrial trucks and a wealth of experience, from which our customers benefit in new developments.

Step 2:

Project planning

Much more than standard

Powerful special construction

Based on information from our sales department as well as photos taken on site, our project planning department will develop your individual industrial truck. Our high vertical range of manufacture in special construction makes it possible to get the maximum out of it for you - in flexibility, precision and load capacity.

For simple designs, you will receive a drawing; for more complex special designs, we will demonstrate our proposed solution in a 3D model.

Good to know: Every project we think from scratch and still fall back on a large inventory of finished components.

Step 3:

Construction

Place for special requests

Everything on your own

On the basis of the quotation drawing, our sales department checks with you how the new industrial truck will fit into your environment and processes. If requirements have changed on your side or new wishes have been added, they will be incorporated into the solution proposal.

After your approval, the detailed preparation by our design department follows: among other things, strength calculation, production drawing, material data. The clean preparation by our design department creates a smooth process within our own production.

Good to know: The special machine construction under our own direction creates design freedom even for very special requirements.

Step 4:

Manufacturing & Acceptance

In full control

Finished

Production drawing and material data from project planning are sent to work preparation, which plans the production steps for the new industrial truck.

From the welding shop to mechanical production, electrical assembly, paint shop, and quality assurance including safety testing, your industrial truck is manufactured by us in Münsingen and is ready for final acceptance at the end.

Good to know: Floor trucks from Genkinger are so unbeatably robust because we have control over every weld seam and almost every cable.

Step 5:

Documentation

To keep it comprehensible

What, where, how ...

What has proven itself in the past as investment security for our customers was and is also a contribution to sustainability. At least back to 1990, we have access to documentation of all our built equipment and vehicles. Of course, you will also receive technical documentation with your new industrial truck.

Good to know: A CE certificate is a matter of course for all our industrial trucks. In addition, they meet at least the requirement of the current machinery directives.

Step 6:

Operation & Service

Hard at work

Conveying under continuous load

Our sales and service team will accompany you during commissioning and, if required, train your operating and maintenance personnel on the new industrial truck. During further operation, fixed contact persons in the service department are always available for you.

Agreed on a service agreement right at the beginning that fits the operational load of your vehicles. It's best to combine the annual UVV test directly with an inspection or maintenance.

Good to know: We deliver directly from Münsingen original spare parts (compliant with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015) in the shortest possible time.

Moving heavy and bulky items easily is not the only stress test we face. In some projects, the spatial conditions, the degree of precision in handling or the room climate are additional tasks for our project planning team.
