When designing the vehicle, particular attention was paid to ensuring that the charging trolley is individually adapted to the dimensions of the batches and the structure of the furnace. The individual design ensures precise and efficient charging of the industrial furnace. For maximum safety during operation, the vehicle is equipped with an electric lift interruption and a mechanical lowering lock. This combination ensures a controlled lifting process and protects both man and machine reliably.

This charging trolley was designed in close consultation with our customer and the manufacturers of the furnace system and the appropriate load carriers involved. By exchanging STEP models (3D data), we were able to ensure that the vehicle is precisely tailored to the structural conditions and the requirements of the process. The result: a precisely fitting, safe and efficient solution for furnace charging.
