Special device for the semiconductor industry

The specially developed electric pedestrian pallet truck offers a safe and efficient solution for the transport and handling of special transport load carriers and shipping pallets in the semiconductor industry. The special device will enable the transport pallets to be placed precisely in shipping boxes or on shipping pallets in the future, thereby solving a bottleneck in our customer's production and shipping process.

With a load capacity of 3000 kg at a load center of 1100 mm and a base initial lift of up to 4800 kg, the device impresses with its maximum stability. The stroke range of 100 - 900 mm and the hydraulic sideshift of ± 100 mm enable sensitive lifting and positioning of heavy loads.

The radio remote control allows convenient operation of all functions from a safe distance, ensuring ergonomic working outside the danger zone. The excellent overview when positioning the load carriers not only increases process safety, but also achieves significant time savings compared to conventional forklift truck use.
